Felicia Kelly
As the Alliance's Chief of Staff, Felicia Kelly serves as the main conduit between the President and staff, ensuring that the Alliance team is working effectively and efficiently toward its annual performance goals. Her primary responsibilities include management of the executive office, Board of Directors, and human resources.
Prior to joining the Alliance in April 2021, Felicia served as the Director of Member Services and Events for the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE). She previously worked at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), where she was the Membership Manager.
Felicia has more than 25 years of experience in managing membership programs, committees, and conferences and conventions.
She is a wife and mother of four beautiful children with two amazing grandsons. Felicia loves football – especially the Pittsburgh Steelers – and fishing.
